
Buffalo, NY (April 17, 2025) – A chain-reaction crash involving seven vehicles led to injuries for two individuals early Thursday morning along the Buffalo Skyway. The incident took place on April 17 just before 6:30 a.m. on the outbound side of the Skyway, shortly before Outer Harbor Road. Buffalo police reported that two people sustained injuries in the pileup and were taken to local hospitals for further evaluation. Emergency personnel responded quickly, and multiple agencies worked together to manage the scene and assist those involved. Due to the scale of the crash and debris scattered across the highway, authorities temporarily shut down the outbound lanes of the Skyway.
